I am going to document my body’s reaction to Whole-Food Plant Based living over the course of 12 weeks to see if there is any truth to the documentaries. This entire food journey will be logged with Weight Watchers (WW) because I am still trying to lose weight. I will keep a food log with points here, and talk about how I feel on youtube.
