I’ve learned dieting is a lot like grief. Not only does it cause grief, but there are several stages of dieting you need to experience and work through before you can overcome and accept it. Looking back over the last 10 years of my life, I can clearly see each stage I endured as I progressed through the complex process of weight loss.

MyFitnessPal Vs Noom Review

Being well acquainted with both MyFitnessPal and Noom allow me to share thoughts and give the full picture of my experiences. Here’s my credentials with both programs: I have used MyFitnessPal off and on for probably 2 years when you add it all up. Interestingly enough, I never lost a pound with MFP. By comparison, I’ve dropped 10-15 lbs since I started Noom 8 months ago.

Noom Update: Week 4

How the heck has it been 4 weeks since I committed to Noom? Although, I started Noom a lot further back than 4 weeks ago, I was doing WW at the same time. I didn’t count that as my time on Noom since my focus was divided between two programs. Then all the holidays happened, and I didn’t really follow much of anything. I gained 5 pounds during the holidays, but life goes on.
